At 11 Perfumes LLC, we are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and fully transparent delivery experience across the United Arab Emirates. All orders are handled with care to ensure your favourite fragrances arrive safely and on time.

All displayed prices include VAT (5%) as required by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax. No additional charges are applied at checkout.

1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE - no minimum purchase required and no hidden delivery fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all seven emirates:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Fujairah

We currently deliver within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) on a business day are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 05:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai), or on Fridays  and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. A second notification with your tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is dispatched.

Note: 'business days' refers to Saturday through Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

🚚  Standard delivery across the UAE: 1-2 business days after dispatch

📦  Same-day processing if ordered before 05:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) Monday to Friday.

Handling time : ( 0-1 Days) Monday to Friday.
Transit time ( All Destinations ):  ( 1-1 Days) Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are not carried out on Fridays or UAE public holidays, including:

  • Eid Al Fitr
  • Eid Al Adha
  • Islamic New Year (Hijri New Year)
  • Prophet's Birthday
  • UAE National Day (2-3 December)
  • New Year's Day

Orders placed immediately before a public holiday may experience a short delay.

5. Delivery Partner

Orders are fulfilled and delivered by our trusted courier partner: SHIPPA

You will receive a tracking link from the courier directly via SMS or email once your order has been collected for delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

If you have not received a tracking notification within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.


7. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Debit Card
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for orders valued at AED 300 or less.
  • Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later - subject to Tabby eligibility).

For Cash on Delivery orders: please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. If the exact amount cannot be provided, our courier may be unable to complete the delivery on that attempt.


8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be returned to our facility.

To arrange redelivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the second failed attempt. After this window, the order may be cancelled.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or illegible shipping address
  • Inaccessible delivery location (e.g. locked building, restricted access area)
  • Recipient unavailable after two attempts

Please ensure your address includes: building name or number, apartment or flat number, street name, area/district, emirate, and a nearby landmark where possible.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect or cancel the shipment.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging
