2. Product Authenticity

We guarantee that all products sold on our website are 100% original and authentic. Our products are sourced through legitimate supply channels from trusted suppliers and authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, imitation, replica, or fake products.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.

4. Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

11Perfumes LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, payment verification, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the UAE.

Eligible orders are processed as quickly as possible, and delivery is typically completed within 1–2 business days across the UAE.

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, remote locations, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.

Returns are accepted only for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
